Analysis and Treatment of Frequent Pulling of the Main Distribution Valve in the Governor of Large Hydroelectric Generator
Liyuan hydropower station's main distribution system frequently shakes due to abnormal displacement sensors.By replacing two new displacement sensors and adjusting the zero position of the main electrical system,a quick switch guide vane test is conducted again. The results indicate that when the service life of the main displacement sensor approaches the service life of electronic components, there will be a certain degree of distortion in the linearity and sensitivity of the sensor, leading to abnormal feedback from the main displacement sensor of the governor, which in turn causes frequent jerking of the main displacement sensor. It is of great significance to ensure the safe, reliable, and stable operation of hydroelectric power plants over a long period of time by taking corresponding preventive measures.
