摘要

针对阿海水电站筒阀接力器存在泄漏的缺点,易产生接力器无法同步,引起筒阀异常的问题.文章详细分析了接力器泄漏的原因,并在机组检修期间,对接力器实施了全面的解体检查,确定了最终的故障原因.通过实施了一系列针对性的检修处理措施,成功降低了泄漏量,提高了筒阀运行的可靠性.

Abstract

The relay of the cylinder valve at the Ahai hydropower station has the disadvantage of leakage,which can easily cause the relay to be unable to synchronize and cause abnormal cylinder valves.This paper provides a detailed analysis of the causes of leakage in the relay,and conducts a comprehensive disassembly inspection of the relay during unit maintenance to determine the final cause of the malfunction.By implementing a series of targeted maintenance measures,the leakage rate is successfully reduced and the reliability of the cylinder valve operation is improved.
