摘要

水轮发电机组转动部分拆卸与回装是机组A修的重要工序,直接影响检修工期.以鲁地拉水电站为例针对机组转动部分各段主轴拆卸及回装工艺进行优化,缩短水轮发电机组A修工期,提高检修效率,为机组检修提供经验和参考.

Abstract

The disassembly and reinstallation of the rotating part of water turbine generator set is an important process for Unit A maintenance,which directly affects the maintenance schedule.Taking Ludila Hydropower Station as an example,this paper optimizes the disassembly and reinstallation process of each section of the main shaft in the rotating part of unit.It can shorten the maintenance period of hydroelectric generator unit A,improve maintenance efficiency,and provide experience and reference for unit maintenance.
