The stable operation of the whole generator unit mainly depends on the stable operation of the turbine.When the rotating parts are unbalanced due to design and other factors,the generator set will produce certain vibration.When the vibration exceeds a certain range,it will bring great potential safety hazards to safety production.Therefore,it is necessary to carefully study the causes of unit vibration and take effective solutions in time.This paper analyzes the causes of excessive vibration of No.2 unit in Yunnan Huadian Lvshuihe power plant secondary station,and studies the treatment methods of excessive vibration combined with the actual situation.
