摘要
整个发电机组的稳定运行主要取决于水轮机的运行是否稳定.当转动部件由于设计等因素存在不平衡的现象时,发电机组就会产生一定的振动,当振动超出了一定范围后,将给安全生产带来极大安全隐患,所以需要认真研究机组振动变大的原因,并及时地采取有效的解决办法.针对云南华电绿水河电厂二级站 2 号机组振动超标的原因分析,结合实际情况对振动超标的处理方法进行研究.
Abstract
The stable operation of the whole generator unit mainly depends on the stable operation of the turbine.When the rotating parts are unbalanced due to design and other factors,the generator set will produce certain vibration.When the vibration exceeds a certain range,it will bring great potential safety hazards to safety production.Therefore,it is necessary to carefully study the causes of unit vibration and take effective solutions in time.This paper analyzes the causes of excessive vibration of No.2 unit in Yunnan Huadian Lvshuihe power plant secondary station,and studies the treatment methods of excessive vibration combined with the actual situation.
