仿真操作系统在电厂应急演练中的应用

应急演练,作为电厂工作人员检验、提高应急能力的重要手段,通过代入角色的亲身体会,提高生产人员的分析、决策、应变、组织协调能力.常规桌面应急演练只能根据演习脚本照本宣科,而运行人员的操作能力却不能得到有效练习.将仿真操作系统应用于应急演练后,即使在没有真实设备的条件下,生产人员的实操水平依然得到训练,有效提高生产人员技术水平,使应急演练在检验性、研究性等方面得到拓展,进一步提高生产人员的应急能力.
Application of Simulation Operating System in Emergency Drill of Power Plant
Emergency drill,as an important means for power plant staff to test and improve their emergency capabilities,enhance the analysis,decision-making,response,and organizational coordination abilities of production personnel through hands-on experience in their roles.Conventional desktop emergency drills can only be scripted based on the exercise script,while the operational skills of the operators cannot be effectively practiced.After applying the simulation operating system to emergency drills,even without real equipment,the practical operation level of production personnel is still trained.It effectively improves the technical level of production personnel,expands emergency drills in terms of inspection and research,and further enhances the emergency capabilities of production personnel.
