随着"双碳"目标的提出,火力电厂在电网中的调峰显得尤为重要,空气预热器是火力发电厂锅炉主要设备之一,机组带负荷能力和稳定性很大程度上取决于空预器的稳定性.空预器堵塞造成一次风压差过高将直接影响锅炉安全稳定运行,因此重点分析了某电厂空气预热器出现堵塞的现象是因为硫酸氢铵结垢堵塞后采取的方法措施,以解决空预器堵塞的问题.
Reasons and Solutions for Air Preheater Blockage in 300 MW Coal-fired Power Plant
With the proposal of the"dual carbon"goal,peak shaving of thermal power plants in the power grid has become particularly important.Air preheater is one of the main equipment of boilers in thermal power plants,and the load capacity and stability of the unit largely depend on the stability of air preheater.The blockage of air preheater causing a high primary air pressure difference will directly affect the safe and stable operation of the boiler.This paper focuses on analyzing the phenomenon of blockage in the air preheater of a power plant,which is caused by the scaling of ammonium bisulfate and the measures taken to solve the problem of blockage in the air preheater.
