摘要

随着人类社会的快速发展,环境问题日益严重,生态机组成为缓解这一问题的有效途径之一.在生态效应评价方面,从确定生态效应评价指标着手,筛选出了包括环境保护、经济效益、社会效益、资源利用等方面的评价指标,采用模糊赋值法和层次分析法,建立了完整的生态效应评价体系.在经济性分析方面,采用新的运维模式计算了生态机组的经济效益,对其建设的经济性进行了初步分析.

Abstract

With the rapid development of human society,environmental problems are becoming increasingly serious.Ecological units have become one of the effective ways to alleviate this problem.In terms of ecological effect evaluation,this paper starts with determining ecological effect evaluation indicators and selects evaluation indicators including environmental protection,economic benefits,social benefits,resource utilization,etc.It adopts fuzzy assignment method and analytic hierarchy process to establish a complete ecological effect evaluation system.In terms of economic analysis,it adopted a new operation and maintenance model to calculate the economic benefits of ecological units and conducted a preliminary analysis of the economic feasibility of their construction.
