大华桥水电"满管群"入仓关键技术研究

大华桥大坝两岸边坡陡峭,马道宽度较窄,无法采用常规入仓手段.项目技术人员通过对实际地形的研究,采用满管群的形式进行入仓规划研究,在左右岸坝顶先浇筑一个坝段作为满管受料平台,通过满管+胶带机+满管的形式有效解决了左岸底部入仓、缺口入仓等技术难题,同时取得了右岸长近百米的满管应用、缺口高差45m的垂直满管应用技术成果.
Research on Key Technology of"Full Pipe Group"Warehousing in Dahuaqiao Hydropower Station
The slopes on both sides of Dahuaqiao dam are steep,and the width of bridle path is narrow,so conventional warehousing methods cannot be used.Through the study of the actual terrain,the project technicians carried out the warehousing planning research in the form of full pipe group.A dam section is first poured on the dam crest of the left and right banks as a full pipe receiving platform,which effectively solves the technical problems of warehousing at the bottom of the left bank and warehousing at the gap through the form of full pipe+belt conveyor+full pipe.At the same time,the technical achievements of full pipe application at the right bank with a length of nearly 100 meters and a gap height difference of 45m are achieved.
