山水林田湖草沙是一个生命共同体,推动国土空间生态保护与修复对于保护改善生态环境,维护国家生态安全,保障经济社会可持续发展具有重要意义.而小流域综合治理工作是一项长期复杂的系统性工程,往往需要结合山水林田湖草沙生命共同体进行综合治理.天湖水通过修山育林、河道治理工程综合治理,具体为河道清淤疏浚、稳固堤岸、生态保护措施等措施,对天湖水流域山水林田湖草等生态系统要素进行综合治理.对提升区域水资源的保障能力,防治水土流失,改善人居环境,维护生态系统,全力打造"水网相通、山水相融、城水相依、人水相亲"的幸福河湖,成为潭江下游生态屏障,促进流域内生态文明建设和经济的可持续发展具有重大意义.
Practice of Comprehensive Management of Small Watersheds under the Life Community of Mountain,River,Forest,Field,Lake,Grassland,and Sand
Mountain,water,forest,field,lake,grass,and sand are a community of life.Promoting the protection and restoration of national spatial ecology is of great significance for protecting and improving the ecological environment,maintaining national ecological security,and ensuring sustainable economic and social development.The comprehensive management of small watersheds is a long-term and complex systematic project,often requiring the integration of mountains,rivers,forests,fields,lakes,grasslands,and sand communities for comprehensive management.The water in Tianhu Lake is comprehensively managed through mountain cultivation and afforestation,as well as river management projects,including dredging and dredging of the river,stabilizing embankments,and implementing ecological protection measures.The comprehensive management of ecological elements such as mountains,rivers,forests,fields,lakes,and grasses in Tianhu River Basin is carried out.It is of great significance to enhance the guarantee capacity of regional water resources,prevent soil erosion,improve the living environment,maintain the ecosystem,and make every effort to create a happy river and lake with"interconnected water networks,integrated mountains and rivers,interdependent urban water,and close relationship between people and water".It will become an ecological barrier in the lower reaches of Tanjiang River,promoting ecological and cultural construction and sustainable economic development in the basin.
