Practice of Danger Removal and Reinforcement in Emergency Management of Small River Channel Flood Control
Taking Luowenreach of Suijiang River as an example,this paper discusses the practice of danger removal and reinforcement in the emergency management of flood control of small rivers.Suijiang river is a large first-class tributary on the right bank of Beijiang River Basin in Guangdong Province,with steep river slope,numerous bends and strong flood scouring and damage capacity.In order to improve the flood control capacity of the river and ensure the safety of the coastal areas,this paper introduces the current situation and existing problems of Luowei reach of Suijiang River,as well as the planned flood control emergency regulation project.The project includes measures such as river dredging,landslide slope protection support and masonry,landslide embankment reinforcement,aiming to restore the flow capacity of the river and ensure the safety ofcoastal areas.
