摘要

为评价广州市南沙区某码头工程防洪安全,采用MIKE21 水动力模型模拟 200 年一遇洪水条件下工程建设前、后水位、流速和流向等水力要素的变化,模型计算分析得出:工程建设后,水位壅高最大值不超过0.007 m,流速减小不超过 0.39 m/s,流向偏转最大不超过 13°.研究结果表明该码头工程的建设对所在河段的防洪和河势不会产生明显不利影响.

Abstract

To evaluate the flood control safety of a dock project in Nansha District,Guangzhou,this paper uses MIKE21 hydrodynamic model to simulate the changes in hydraulic elements such as water level,flow velocity,and flow direction before and after the construction of the project under the condition of a 200 year flood.The model calculation analysis shows that after the construction of the project,the maximum water level rise does not exceed 0.007m,the flow velocity decreases by no more than 0.39m/s,and the maximum flow direction deviation does not exceed 13°.The research results indicate that the construction of the dock project will not have a significant adverse impact on the flood control and river regime of the river section where it is located.
