Abstract
This paper introduces the engineering management of the efficiency improvement and expansion renovation practice of Hejiang Hydropower Station,with a focus on the construction management of the factory building and water inlet.Through in-depth analysis of the problems existing in Hejiang Hydropower Station,it elaborates on the necessity of renovation and proposes specific renovation plans.This paper provides a detailed introduction to the construction management measures and methods for the factory building and water inlet,including construction plans,schedule control,quality management,safety management,etc.,and elaborates on the construction plan.
