摘要
随着和田地区经济社会的快速发展和人民物质文化生活水平的不断提高,一产、二产、三产对水资源的需求在急剧增加,水资源短缺已成为制约和田地区经济社会可持续发展的重要因素.分析和田地区水利工程现状和存在的问题,坚持问题导向,研究解决措施,为和田地区发展提供水安全保障.
Abstract
With the rapid development of the economy and society in Hotan Prefecture and the continuous improvement of people's material and cultural living standards,the demand for water resources in the first,second,and third industries is rapidly increasing.Water scarcity has become an important factor restricting the sustainable development of the economy and society in the Hotan area.This paper analyzes the current situation and existing problems of water conservancy projects in Hotan Prefecture,adheres to a problem oriented approach,studies solutions,and provides water supply security guarantees for the development of the Hotan area.
