对瓜州县水资源现状及承载能力指标核算分析

摘要
为了更好地开发利用和保护瓜州县地表及地下水资源,文章在分析现状水资源条件、水资源开发利用状况、水质状况以及水资源开发利用存在主要问题的基础上,从地表水用水总量指标、地下水开采量指标、用水总量承载能力指标等方面进行了核算及全县水资源承载能力评价,为进一步进行水资源承载负荷核算、承载状况评价及水资源调控对策等奠定了理论基础.
Abstract
In order to better develop,utilize,and protect the surface and groundwater resources of Guazhou County,this paper analyzes the current water resource conditions,water resource development and utilization status,water quality status,and the main problems in water resource development and utilization.It also calculates and evaluates the water resources carrying capacity of the whole county from the indicators of total surface water use,groundwater mining output,and total water use carrying capacity,laying a theoretical foundation for further water resources carrying capacity accounting,carrying status evaluation,and water resources regulation countermeasures.
