文章针对目前甘南州非常规水资源开发利用现状,对非常规水资源利用进行调查评价,同时对甘南州非常规水资源利用开发利用存在的问题进行分析,提出了推进甘南州非常规水工程建设、运营管理、政策和法规的一系列方法和措施,可为下一步非常规水资源实际开发利用工程的建设提供技术支持,缓解水资源供需矛盾,保障水资源可持续发展.
Abstract
In response to the current situation of unconventional water resource development and utilization in Gannan Prefecture,this article conducts an investigation and evaluation of unconventional water resource utilization,and analyzes the problems existing in the development and utilization of unconventional water resources in Gannan Prefecture.It proposes a series of methods and measures to promote the construction,operation management,policies,and regulations of unconventional water projects in Gannan Prefecture,which can provide technical support for the next step of the actual development and utilization of unconventional water resources,alleviate the supply-demand contradiction of water resources,and ensure the sustainable development of water resources.
