复合土层盾构管片分块形式对内力及变形的影响

摘要
基于数值模拟计算方法,建立了盾构衬砌管片二维数值模型,结合滇中引水龙泉倒虹吸盾构隧洞工程实例,计算了复合土层不同埋深荷载工况下各盾构管片分块形式(1/3 封顶块、1/2 封顶块、等分块)的内力及变形情况,总结分析了盾构管片分块形式对衬砌结构内力及变形的影响规律.结果表明:不同的分块形式对衬砌结构弯矩分布规律影响较大,而对衬砌结构应力及形变量变化的影响很小.
Abstract
A two-dimensional numerical model of shield tunnel lining segments was established based on numerical simulation calculation methods.Based on the example of the Longquan inverted siphon shield tunnel project for water diversion in central Yunnan,the internal force and deformation of each shield tunnel segment in different block forms(1/3 top block,1/2 top block,equal block)under different burial depth load conditions of the composite soil layer were calculated.The influence of shield tunnel segment block forms on the internal force and deformation of the lining structure was summarized and analyzed.The results show that different block forms have a significant impact on the distribution of bending moments in the lining structure,while their impact on the changes in stress and deformation of the lining structure is minimal.
