摘要

在水利水电工程建设过程中,斜井施工需要大量人工作业,但井下施工人员安全风险很大.文章通过研制一套具备遥控功能的电控液压机械系统,以实现替代人工井下扒渣作业.扒渣机通过可移动平台向下释放至掌子面附近,展开液压支腿与斜井四周洞壁支撑固定,操作扒渣臂进行扒渣.扒渣机通过模块化设计,具备优良的扩展性和可维护性.

Abstract

In the construction process of water conservancy and hydropower projects,inclined shaft construction requires a large amount of manual work.But the safety risks for underground construction personnel are very high.The paper develops an electric hydraulic mechanical system with remote control function to replace manual underground slag removal operations.The slag scraper is released downwards to the vicinity of the palm surface through a movable platform,and the hydraulic support legs are extended to support and fix the surrounding walls of the inclined shaft.The slag scraper arm is operated to remove the slag.The slag scraper has excellent scalability and maintainability through modular design.
