摘要
经过隔离变压器输出的直流电压,没有与大地相连,对地测量到的浮动的电压就是悬浮电压.大型水电厂监控系统开关量电源一般采用直流 24V的悬浮电压,由于悬浮电压不接地,当开关量直流回路发生一点接地故障时并不马上产生后果,当出现第二点接地时,就可能发生短路造成继电保护、自动装置、开关等误动,严重时甚至导致事故停机.针对悬浮电压在水电厂监控系统开关量中的应用,研究并总结了一套快速排查开关量接地故障的技术.
Abstract
The DC voltage output by the isolation transformer is not connected to the ground,and the floating voltage measured to the ground is the floating voltage.The switching power supply for the monitoring system of large hydropower plants generally adopts a DC 24V floating voltage.Due to the ungrounded floating voltage,when a single grounding fault occurs in the switching DC circuit,it does not immediately result in consequences.When a second grounding occurs,a short circuit may occur,causing relay protection,automatic devices,switches and other malfunctions.In severe cases,it may even lead to accident shutdown.This paper studies and summarizes a set of rapid troubleshooting techniques for grounding faults in switch quantities for the application of floating voltage in the monitoring system of hydropower plants.
