摘要
工程累计治理河道长度 4.812 km,保护 1.35×104 人的生命财产安全,保护 1.2×104 亩耕地;累计新建堤防、拆除重建堤防及加固堤防共计 5.618 km.经综合分析,工程在技术上是可行的,国民经济分析指标是合理的,运行维护是可靠的,工程属于公益性项目,能够提高防洪能力,改善生态环境,保障沿岸人民群众生命财产安全,促进和保障地方经济的发展.
Abstract
A project has accumulated a total length of 4.812km of river treatment,protecting the safety of 1.35×104 people's lives and property,and protecting 1.2×104 acres of arable land.It has a total of 5.618km of newly built embankments,demolished and rebuilt embankments,and reinforced embankments.After comprehensive analysis,the engineering is technically feasible,the national economic analysis indicators are reasonable,and the operation and maintenance are reliable.It belongs to public welfare projects,which can improve flood control capacity,improve the ecological environment,ensure the safety of people's lives and property along the coast,and promote and guarantee the development of local economy.
