摘要

水淹厂房是对水电厂安全运行危害极大的典型事故之一,能引起重、特大人身伤亡和设备严重损坏的事故.以梨园水电厂为例,先分析水电厂水淹厂房报警系统存在的问题,然后针对水电厂水淹厂房报警系统存在的问题,再从水电厂水淹厂房报警系统优化设计的方法、原理、传感器选型、测点反馈LCU等方面进行思考,探讨水淹厂房报警系统的相应优化及改造方法并逐步进行实践,最后进行水淹厂房报警系统优化及改造后的成效分析.

Abstract

Flooded factory buildings are one of the typical accidents that pose a great threat to the safe operation of hydropower plants,and can cause serious and catastrophic personal injury and equipment damage.Taking Liyuan Hydropower Plant as an example,this paper first analyzes the problems in the alarm system of the flooded plant,and then focuses on the problems in the alarm system of the flooded plant.It then considers the optimization design methods,principles,sensor selection,and measurement point feedback LCU of the alarm system in the flooded plant.It explores the corresponding optimization and renovation methods for the alarm system of the flooded factory building and gradually practices them,and finally conducts an analysis of the effectiveness of the optimization and renovation of the alarm system in the flooded factory building.
