摘要

随着工业互联网技术的发展,传统工业生产方式正在发生重大变革.水电厂作为重要的能源生产和供应设施,需要借助工业互联网技术实现数字化、智能化和高效化管理.以瑞丽江一级水电站水导油槽为研究对象,探讨了其模型开发与应用.通过对水导油槽的数据采集、分析和建模,实现了对生产过程的实时监控和精细化管理.结果表明,基于工业互联网的水导油槽模型开发与应用能够有效提高水电厂生产效率和管理水平,具有良好的应用前景.

Abstract

With the development of industrial Internet technology,the traditional industrial production mode is undergoing major changes.As an important energy production and supply facility,hydropower plants need to use industrial Internet technology to achieve digital,intelligent and efficient management.This study focuses on the development and application of the model for the water guide oil tank of Ruili River first stage hydropower station.Real time monitoring and refined management of the production process have been achieved through data collection,analysis,and modeling of the water guide oil tank.The results show that the development and application of the water guide oil tank model based on the industrial Internet can effectively improve the production efficiency and management level of hydropower plants,and has a good application prospect.
