摘要

流域集控模式是指建立流域水电站集控中心,对流域梯级水电站机组群实现远方集中监视与控制,流域水与情预测与分析,以及梯级水库统一调度控制,使流域效益最大化,是流域电站的异地值班单位.实际工作中,要想确保流域电站和电网安全稳定运行,正确远程调控机组负荷和操作电气设备是最为关键的环节.如因为各种各样原因操作不当,很容易产生功率波动、设备损坏等事故,情况严重时甚至会引发电网震荡、直流换相失败、大面积停电等情况.文章分析了误调控的危害和原因,提出防控措施.

Abstract

The basin centralized control mode refers to the establishment of a basin hydropower station centralized control center,which realizes remote centralized monitoring and control of the cascade hydropower station unit group in the basin,predicts and analyzes the water and situation in the basin,and unifies the scheduling and control of the cascade reservoirs,maximizing the benefits of the basin.It is the off-site shift unit of the basin hydropower station.In practical work,to ensure the safe and stable operation of power stations and power grids in the basin,the correct remote control of unit load and operation of electrical equipment are the most critical links.Improper operation for various reasons can easily lead to power fluctuations,equipment damage,and other accidents.In severe cases,it can even cause power grid oscillations,DC commutation failures,and large-scale power outages.This paper analyzes the hazards and causes of misregulation,and proposes prevention and control measures.
