大型水电站网络攻防演练期间防护管理实践

摘要
为落实能源保供新形势下对水电机组的安全稳定运行所提出的更高要求,切实提高大型水电站在网络攻防护网期间的电力监控系统、信息管理系统网络安全防护能力,通过对金沙江中游河段梨园水电站网络攻防期间在电力监控系统、信息管理系统所自主开展的工作和防范措施进行梳理分析,结合国家标准与行业规范,制定了适用于实际的运行方式模式,健全了网络安全管理体系,大幅提升了护网迎战期间的网络安全防护能力.
Abstract
In order to implement the higher requirements for the safe and stable operation of hydropower units under the new situation of energy supply guarantee,and effectively improve the network security protection capabilities of power monitoring systems and information management systems of large hydropower stations during the network attack and protection period,this article summarizes and analyzes the work and preventive measures independently carried out in the power monitoring system and information management system of Liyuan Hydropower Station in the middle reaches of Jinsha River during the network attack and defense period.Combining national standards and industry norms,it has developed a practical operating mode,improved the network security management system,and significantly enhanced the network security protection capabilities during the network protection period.
