摘要
鉴于水利工程一般投资大,建设周期长,影响范围广和项目管理难度较大等因素.因此,通过分析建设单位在潮州市北溪分洪桥闸重建工程中遇到工程项目管理的难点及堵点:文物保护、前期工作和建设阶段的安全生产,进行深入剖析,针对性地提出具体的项目管理方法和对策,为建设单位提供参考和明确项目建设管理的工作内容,进一步助力水利工程项目建设的高质量发展.
Abstract
Water conservancy projects generally have the characteristics of high investment,long construction period,wide impact range,and high difficulty in project management.This paper analyzes the difficulties and bottlenecks in project management encountered by the construction unit in the reconstruction project of Beixi Flood Diversion Bridge in Chaozhou City,including cultural relic protection,preliminary work,and safety production during the construction phase.It conducts in-depth analysis and proposes specific project management methods and countermeasures.It hopes to provide reference and clarify the work content of project construction management for more construction units,and further promote the high-quality development of water conservancy engineering project construction.
