摘要

针对火电厂生产流程繁琐、系统复杂,在机组启动过程中操作内容繁多,且完成全过程操作耗时较长,必须经过多个班组协同操作,如果对重要节点或风险把控不到位,不仅增加各种能耗,甚至易引起误操作危及人身、设备安全.因此,做好机组启动操作精益化管控工作变得非常有现实意义,在缩短机组启动时间的同时提高机组的安全性和经济性.

Abstract

The production process of thermal power plants is cumbersome and the system is complex.There are numerous operational tasks during the unit start-up process,and completing the entire operation process takes a long time.It must be operated collaboratively by multiple teams.If important nodes or risks are not well controlled during the operation process,it not only increases various energy consumption,but also easily leads to misoperation and endangers personal and equipment safety.Therefore,it has become very practical to do a good job in lean control of unit start-up operations,which can shorten the start-up time of the unit while improving its safety and economy.
