摘要

目前,常用的造价估算方法有BP网络法、回归分析法、模糊数学法、类比法以及定额法等,各方法的适用范围和优缺点不同.根据 2017-2021 年水利水电工程相关数据,采用灰色系统理论构建造价估算模型,并检验工程造价估算结果,结果显示该模型具有较高估算精度,在工程实例中的应用效果良好,采用该灰色系统模型进行水利水电工程设计预算将取得良好效果.

Abstract

At present,commonly used cost estimation methods include BP network method,regression analysis method,fuzzy mathematics method,analogy method,and quota method.The scope of application and advantages and disadvantages of each method are different.Based on the relevant data of water conservancy and hydropower projects from 2017 to 2021,this paper uses grey system theory to construct a cost estimation model and verifies the results of engineering cost estimation.The results show that the model has high estimation accuracy and good application effect in engineering examples.The use of this grey system model for water conservancy and hydropower engineering design budgeting will achieve good results.
