云南省德宏州"绿氢+X"发展模式探索与研究

氢能作为一种来源丰富、绿色低碳、应用广泛的二次清洁能源,在应对全球气候变化以及"双碳"目标中有着巨大作用,加速推进能源、工业、建筑、交通等领域的低碳化.国内制氢也正从煤炭、石油等传统能源,向着风能、光伏、水电等可再生能源转变,绿电制氢技术的优势与重要性逐步凸显.结合云南省德宏州资源优势、能源及产业结构,分析德宏州发展氢能的主要优势及相关必要性,与氢能产业链各环节统筹考虑,提出适宜的应用场景和发展建议.
Exploration and Research on the"Green Hydrogen+X"Development Model of Dehong Autonomous Prefecture in Yunnan Province
As a kind of secondary clean energy with abundant source,green and low-carbon,and wide application,hydrogen energy has a great role in coping with global climate change and the targets of carbon peak and carbon neutrality,accelerating the low carbonization in energy,industry,construction,transportation and other fields.Domestic hydrogen production is also changing from traditional energy sources such as coal and oil to renewable energy sources such as wind,photovoltaic and hydropower,the advantages and importance of technology that hydrogen produced by green electricity are gradually highlighted.Combining with the resource advantages,energy and industrial structure of Dehong Autonomous Prefecture in Yunnan Province,this paper analyzes the main advantages and necessity of developing hydrogen energy in Dehong Autonomous Prefecture,and put forward suitable application scenarios and development suggestions with the overall consideration of all links of hydrogen energy industry chain,so as to provide reference for the development of green hydrogen in Dehong Autonomous Prefecture.
