摘要
受制于管理体系不完善、资金和技术缺口大、人才缺乏等因素,西非地区的水资源短缺、水质污染、水灾等水务问题长期困扰着经济和社会发展.以西非国家贝宁为例进行分析,立足其水务现状,结合我国企业在该国水务工程建设情况,探讨贝宁水务发展面临的挑战和问题,并提出相应的解决思路和对策.
Abstract
Due to factors such as imperfect management systems,large funding and technology gaps,and a lack of talent,water issues such as water resource shortages,water pollution,and floods in West Africa have long plagued economic and social development.This article takes Benin,a West African country,as an example to analyze the current situation of its water affairs,combined with the construction of water projects in that country by Chinese enterprises,discusses the challenges and problems faced by Benin's water affairs development,and proposes corresponding solutions and countermeasures,with a view to providing some reference for the sustainable development of water affairs in Benin and even the entire West African country.
