为了适应线性超长引水隧洞工程中监测作业人员和钻孔设备长距离频繁转场、高强度交叉作业下的高效率作业需求,特研制了一种基于车载台车的长距离隧洞监测钻孔施工方法,相较于传统搭设脚手架的方式,该方法不仅克服了传统方式监测施工中由于受主体施工干扰、工期紧等因素带来的高风险和高成本问题,还能够在保证工程质量的同时提高施工效率、降低生产成本、保证绿色施工.
Research on the Construction Method of Linear Ultra Long Tunnel Monitoring Drilling
In order to meet the high-efficiency operation requirements of monitoring personnel and drilling equipment in the linear ultra long water diversion tunnel project under frequent long-distance transitions and high-intensity cross operations,a long-distance tunnel monitoring drilling construction method based on vehicle mounted trolleys has been developed.Compared with the traditional method of setting up scaffolding,this method not only overcomes the high risks and costs caused by factors such as interference from the main construction and tight schedule in traditional monitoring construction,but also improves construction efficiency,reduces production costs,and ensures green construction while ensuring project quality.
