Stress Analysis of Asynchronous Hanging Basket in the Construction of Corrugated Steel Web Bridge
To further promote the application scope of the waveform steel belly plate asynchronous hanging basket,this paper takes the construction of the waveform steel belly plate variable cross-section prestressed concrete continuous beam asynchronous hanging basket of the main bridge of Zhanghe Bridge as the research object,and conducts stress simulation research on the most unfavorable conditions of each component of the new asynchronous hanging basket in the cantilever pouring construction method of the waveform steel belly plate bridge.It introduces the structural form,main performance parameters and characteristics,and design of the hanging basket in this construction method.The internal forces of the entire space of the hanging basket are analyzed by finite element method,and the ultimate state is calculated using partial coefficient design expression.The results show that the structure of the hanging basket is simple,the main technical parameters are highly applicable,and the design of the hanging basket is reasonable in terms of stress and deformation.Asynchronous hanging baskets are lighter in weight than traditional hanging baskets and have good social and economic benefits.
