摘要

滇中引水工程大理Ⅰ段香炉山隧洞竖井为新增通道,竖井自上而下穿越白云质灰岩、安山质玄武岩,岩溶突水及渗涌水问题突出,存在较高的外水压力问题,采用定向钻孔实施地面预注浆对竖井进行超前堵水及加固,从而保障竖井安全快速掘进.香炉山隧洞竖井采用 600 m级定向钻钻孔施工,目前钻孔全部完成,测斜偏差控制在3‰以内,技术可行,经济效益较好.

Abstract

The vertical shaft of Xianglushan Tunnel in Dali Section I of Central Yunnan Water Diversion Project is a newly added passage.The vertical shaft passes through dolomite limestone and andesite basalt from top to bottom,with prominent problems of karst water inrush and seepage,and high external water pressure.By using directional drilling to implement ground pre grouting for advanced water blocking and reinforcement of the vertical shaft,the safe and rapid excavation of the vertical shaft is ensured.The vertical shaft of Xianglushan Tunnel is constructed using 600m directional drilling.Currently,all drilling has been completed,and the inclination deviation is controlled within 3‰.The technology is feasible and the economic benefits are good.
