摘要

以漳河大桥主桥波形钢腹板箱梁对称悬臂浇筑施工为案例,根据波形钢腹板箱梁桥自重轻的结构特点,探讨异步法挂篮悬浇施工工艺技术.波形钢腹板作为挂篮施工的主承重构件,简化了导梁和挂篮设施,使挂篮结构简便,行走方便,并将悬臂梁段划分为多个作业面同时进行平行流水施工,实现了同一节段底、顶板错位施工,使施工作业面开阔,干扰小,施工安全、效率高,节约工期.

Abstract

Taking Zhanghe Bridge as an example,based on the structural characteristics of light weight of corrugated steel web box girder bridge,this paper explores the construction technology of different step hanging basket suspension pouring.The corrugated steel web plate,as the main load-bearing component of the hanging basket construction,simplifies the guide beam and hanging basket facilities,making the hanging basket structure simple and easy to walk.The cantilever beam section is divided into multiple working faces for parallel flow construction at the same time,achieving staggered construction of the bottom and top plates of the same section,making the construction work face open,with minimal interference,safe and efficient construction,and saving construction time.
