拉线式裂缝位移监测装置是测量边坡滑坡体、地表位移、裂缝等相对位移的监测装置,在监测工程中有着举足轻重作用.在目前国际市场上,该装置一直存在的都是使用单片机开发的相关产品,尤其是使用RS-485、RS-422、Modbus RTU、Modbus TCP等通信技术的,皆为串行通信协议,其传输距离短、数据周期性发送、传输不稳定、容易丢包、通讯效率降低、速率最大只能达到10Mbps,无法适应高传输速度下数据的要求.因而寻求一种更优的技术解决方案便应运而生,即基于PLC控制的拉线式裂缝位移监测装置.其使用德国西门子电气自动化控制器PLC读取高精度绝对值编码器的输出信息,与数据处理中心计算机相结合,由底层编码器数据采集单元、Profinet工业通信网络、PLC数据采集中心、计算机数据分析中心和HMI界面5 部分组成.
Improvement Research on a PLC Controlled Cable Type Crack Displacement Monitoring Device
The cable type crack displacement monitoring device is a monitoring device that measures the relative displacement of slope landslide bodies,surface displacement,cracks,etc.,and plays a crucial role in monitoring engineering.In the current international market,the device has always been a related product developed using a microcontroller.Especially for communication technologies such as RS-485,RS-422,Modbus RTU,Modbus TCP,etc.,they are all serial communication protocols with short transmission distance,periodic data transmission,unstable transmission,easy packet loss,reduced communication efficiency,and a maximum speed of only 10Mbps,which cannot meet the requirements of high transmission speed data.Therefore,a better technical solution has emerged,which is a PLC controlled wire type crack displacement monitoring device.It uses the Siemens electrical automation controller PLC from Germany to read the output information of high-precision absolute value encoders,combined with the data processing center computer.It consists of five parts:the low-level encoder data acquisition unit,Profinet industrial communication network,PLC data acquisition center,computer data analysis center,and HMI interface.
