随着三维设计技术的迅猛发展,CAD\CAE集成开发设计已经影响着各行各业,对水电设计行业亦是如此.以溢流坝段为例,在三维CAD软件中建立参数化、自动化、智能化建模,再导入CAE软件中进行计算分析及结构优化设计.结合三维CAD软件强大的可视化、参数化、智能化功能和CAE软件强大的计算、分析、模拟及仿真功能,可极大地提高设计效率、质量和水平,是水利水电行业今后设计和研究的发展方向.
Application Research on CAD/CAE Integrated Application Technology in Overflow Dam Section Design
With the rapid development of 3D design technology,CAD\CAE integrated development design has affected all walks of life,hydraulic engineering as well.The power intake tower of hydropower-station are modelled by 3D design software to make parametric design models in this Paper,then the model is solved and optimized design of its structure in the ANSYS Workbench.With the help of the function of 3D design software's powerful visualization,parametric and collaboration capabilities and CAE software's strong computing,analysis,modeling and simulation capabilities;the efficiency,quality and level of our design be greatly improved.
