摘要

依托昭通市宜昭高速公路A3项目洛泽河特大桥,采取QC小组活动的方式,开展问题解决型小组活动,通过采取因果分析图,从人、机、料、法、环、测等方面进行原因分析,对影响混凝土泵送堵管处理时间的因素提出针对性的措施,为洛泽河特大桥混凝土的连续性提供了保证,不仅提高了混凝土的施工质量,而且保证了项目的优质履约.

Abstract

Based on the A3 project of Yizhao Expressway in Zhaotong City,Luozehe Extra Large Bridge is adopted QC group activities to carry out problem-solving group activities.By adopting a causal analysis diagram,the causes are analyzed from the aspects of human,machine,material,method,environment,and measurement,and targeted measures are proposed to address the factors that affect the treatment time of concrete pump blockage.It provides a guarantee for the continuity of the concrete of the Luoze River Grand Bridge,not only improving the construction quality of the concrete,but also ensuring the high-quality performance of the project.
