摘要
水电工程具有技术难度大、工期长、专业涉及面广等特点,因此在工程实施过程中,工程计量工作存在诸多问题和困难.工程计量工作是工程项目管理工作的重要内容,也是工程项目中最重要的数据,虽然在工程实施过程中工程计量工作得到了一定的重视,但仍存在较多问题亟待解决.从实际问题出发,对目前计量工作的现存问题进行分析,提出一些对策和建议,供项目管理者参考.
Abstract
Hydropower engineering has the characteristics of high technical difficulty,long construction period,and wide professional involvement.Therefore,there are many problems and difficulties in engineering measurement work during the implementation of the project.Engineering measurement work is an important part of project management and the most important data in engineering projects.Although engineering measurement work has received certain attention during the implementation of the project,there are still many problems that need to be solved urgently.Starting from practical problems,this paper analyzes the existing problems in current metrology work and proposes some countermeasures and suggestions for project managers to refer to.
