点状原位固化修复技术在市政工程中的应用

惠州市城区地下排水管网因运行时间久远,管道内出现脱节、破裂、渗漏等局部缺陷,影响管道的正常运行,惠州水环境项目部采用了点状原位固化修复施工工艺,对管道内产生的缺陷进行了针对性的非开挖修复处理.本次施工需修复惠州城区内 28 km的地下排水管道,经过筛选,缺陷数量为 934 处,共有 29 处缺陷采用点状原位固化修复技术完成了修复工作,依托于惠州金山新城水环境综合整治项目病害管网修复工程,总结出了一套排水管道局部修复施工技术.有效地对排水管道内的缺陷进行局部处理,极大程度地降低了管道运行维护成本,提高了项目经营效益,具有广泛的应用前景.
Application of Point in-situ Solidification Repair Technology in Municipal Engineering
The underground drainage network in the urban area of Huizhou City has been in operation for a long time,resulting in local defects such as disconnection,rupture,and leakage inside the pipeline,which affects the normal operation of the pipeline.Huizhou Water Environment Project Department adopted a point like in-situ solidification repair construction technology to carry out targeted non excavation repair treatment for the defects generated inside the pipeline.This construction requires the repair of 28 km of underground drainage pipelines within the urban area of Huizhou.After screening,the number of defects was 934,and a total of 29 defects were repaired using spot in-situ solidification repair technology.Based on the comprehensive improvement project of water environment in Jinshan New City,Huizhou,this paper summarizes a set of local repair construction techniques for drainage pipelines.It effectively treats local defects in drainage pipelines,greatly reducing pipeline operation and maintenance costs,improving project management efficiency,and has broad application prospects.
