随着我国社会的经济发展和现代科学技术发展生产力水平的提高,我国的城市建设水平也在不断提升,对地下管道的修复水平也在不断的提高.管道的修复采用非开挖修管和换管技术,大大降低了对城市综合交通的干扰,施工速度快,不仅对环境破也没有影响,而且对人们的正常生产、生活等也没有任何影响和干扰.以东莞市桥头镇桥头污水处理管道工程为例,简要阐述CIPP紫外光固化全内衬修复技术在排水管道非开挖修复领域的应用,主要包括紫外光固化成型内衬技术的原理、工艺流程、适用范围,总结施工操作与显著优点,为工程提供了有力的技术支撑.
Research on CIPP UV Curing Repair Technology
With the development of China's economy and the improvement of modern scientific and technological productivity,the level of urban construction in China is constantly improving,and the level of repairing underground pipelines is also constantly improving.The repair of pipelines adopts non excavation pipe repair and replacement technology,greatly reducing the interference with urban comprehensive transportation.The construction speed is fast,and it not only has no impact on the environment,but also has no impact or interference on people's normal production,life.Taking Qiaotou sewage treatment pipeline project in Qiaotou Town,Dongguan City as an example,this paper elaborates on the application of CIPP ultraviolet curing full lining repair technology in the field of non excavation repair of drainage pipelines.It mainly includes the principle,process flow,and scope of application of UV cured inner lining technology,summarizes construction operations and significant advantages,and provides strong technical support for the project.
