长距离硬岩顶管施工关键技术研究

顶管法施工隧洞在国内市政、供水项目中应用越来越多,具有安全性高,施工速度快的特点;随着顶管技术的不断发展与成熟,已经涌现了一大批超大口径、超长距离的顶管工程.结合韩江、榕江、练江水系连通后续优化工程CYB7 号~CYB8 号硬岩顶管施工,通过合理的顶管机选型,采取环流冲刷携渣、沉渣处理、泥浆减阻、分级顶进等施工技术,解决长距离硬岩顶管中常见的沉渣、返渣及阻力大等问题,实现顶管顺利顶进,总结相应施工技术.
Research on Key Technologies for Long Distance Hard Rock Top Pipe Construction
The top pipe method for tunnel construction is increasingly being applied in domestic municipal and water supply projects,with the characteristics of high safety and fast construction speed.With the continuous development and maturity of pipe jacking technology,a large number of ultra large caliber and ultra long distance pipe jacking projects have emerged.Combining with the subsequent optimization project of CYB7~CYB8 hard rock pipe jacking construction in the Hanjiang,Rongjiang,and Lianjiang water systems,this article adopts construction techniques such as circulation flushing and slag carrying,sediment treatment,mud drag reduction,and graded jacking through reasonable selection of jacking machines.It solves the common problems of sedimentation,slag return,and high resistance in long-distance hard rock pipe jacking,achieving smooth pipe jacking and summarizing corresponding construction techniques.
