基于BIM市政雨污分流改造工程标准化施工技术

随着我国各省市基础设施建设的不断完善,对地下管线系统体量及覆盖网的要求逐渐提高.同时,为合理解决地下管线问题,满足城市供水、供气、排水、通信等要求,国家在此基础上提出了每年改造 10×104 km以上地下管线的建设目标.但由于大多数城市雨污分流改造工程实施位于城区内,受周边既有构筑物与管线的影响较大,同时需保证周边既有交通条件满足通行要求,对雨污分流改造工程项目实施安全性及标准化施工水平要求逐步提升.为解决此问题,通过利用BIM技术手段指导雨污分流改造工程信息化及标准化施工,以实现项目全生命周期管理.
Standardized Construction Technology for Municipal Rainwater and Sewage Diversion Renovation Project Based on BIM
With the continuous improvement of infrastructure construction in various provinces and cities in China,the requirements for the volume and coverage network of underground pipeline systems are gradually increasing.At the same time,in order to reasonably solve the problem of underground pipelines and meet the requirements of urban water supply,gas supply,drainage,communication,etc.,the country has proposed a construction target of renovating more than 10×104 km of underground pipelines every year.However,most urban rainwater and sewage diversion renovation projects are implemented within urban areas and are greatly affected by existing structures and pipelines in the surrounding areas.At the same time,it is necessary to ensure that the existing traffic conditions in the surrounding area meet the requirements for passage.Therefore,the requirements for the safety and standardized construction level of the rainwater and sewage diversion renovation project are gradually increasing.To solve this problem,BIM technology is used to guide the informationization and standardized construction of rainwater and sewage diversion renovation projects,in order to achieve full lifecycle management of the project.
