大跨度分离式隧道电缆沟水沟标准化施工技术

在高速公路隧道施工中,常规的水沟电缆槽施工,多采用小模板拼装后分次浇筑,由于模板数量多,连接接缝较多,从而带来一些施工缺陷,使成型后的混凝土整体性不好、表面平整度差和线形不顺等.通过对模板结构进行分析讨论,提出了一种整体式移动模架体系,解决了施工工序繁多、模板支撑材料数量多的问题,控制与改善小空间内交叉施工安全的影响,可加快施工进度,有效控制成本,保证施工质量,减少作业时间.
Standardized Construction Technology for Cable Trenches and Water Ditches in Large-span Separated Tunnel
In the construction of highway tunnels,the conventional construction of water ditches and cable troughs often uses small templates assembled and poured in stages.Due to the large number of templates and connecting joints,some construction defects may occur,resulting in poor overall integrity,poor surface flatness,and uneven linearity of the formed concrete.By analyzing and discussing the template structure,this article proposes a holistic mobile mold frame system.It solves the problems of multiple construction processes and a large amount of formwork support materials,controls and improves the impact of cross construction safety in small spaces,accelerates construction progress,effectively controls costs,ensures construction quality,and reduces operation time.
