超深竖井大跨度预制梁板结构施工技术研究

针对超深竖井井口混凝土梁板采用预制工艺,避免了大跨度高支撑体系难题.预制工艺采用免拆模板为 UHPC150 超高性能混凝土预制板,整体上提高了现场施工安全;预制梁板提前进行预制,不占施工直线时间,从工效上有效提高备仓速度、施工更加便捷;每一步预制件工序严格验收把控质量,从质量上更有利于各工序细节把控,满足设计及规范要求,取得有效成果.
Research on Construction Technology of Ultra Deep Vertical Shaft Large-Span Prefabricated Beam and Slab Structure
The concrete beams and slabs at the wellhead of the ultra deep vertical shaft are prefabricated,avoiding the problem of large-span and high support systems.The prefabrication process uses a non removable template made of UHPC150 ultra-high performance concrete prefabricated panels,which overall improves on-site construction safety.Prefabricated beams and slabs are prefabricated in advance,which does not occupy the construction line time,effectively improving the speed of warehouse preparation and making construction more convenient in terms of efficiency.Each prefabricated component process is strictly inspected and quality controlled,which is more conducive to controlling the details of each process in terms of quality,meeting design and specification requirements,and achieving effective results.
