瓯江引水工程建设过程中,面临着交叉建筑物多、施工安全风险高、施工工期紧张等难题.为了按期保质保量完成隧洞施工,同时确保赵山渡引水隧洞的安全稳定运行,工程中采用 1 台双护盾TBM施工.通过制定周密详细的施工方案,隧洞下穿施工顺利完成,赵山渡引水隧洞安全稳定运行.从穿越前准备、穿越阶段以及穿越后控制,并提出掘进质量控制、检查验收、应急预案与施工组织3项质量保护措施.
Construction Technology for Close Range Underpass of Existing Operational Water Diversion Tunnels in Oujiang Diversion Project Tunnel
During the construction process of Oujiang Water Diversion Project,there are challenges such as multiple intersecting buildings,high construction safety risks,and tight construction schedules.In order to complete the tunnel construction on schedule with high quality and quantity,and ensure the safe and stable operation of the Zhaoshandu diversion tunnel,one double shield TBM is used for construction in the project.By formulating a detailed and meticulous construction plan,the tunnel underpass construction was successfully completed,and the Zhaoshandu diversion tunnel operated safely and stably.This article proposes three quality protection measures for excavation quality control,inspection and acceptance,emergency plans,and construction organization from three aspects:pre-crossing preparation,crossing stage,and post crossing control.
