云南省某引水工程PCCP管道失压情况调查及对策研究

通过对云南省某引水工程PCCP管道失压情况进行了调查及对策研究发现,PCCP管道失压率的主要原因包括管道偏移、承插口间隙偏大、胶条安装不规范和胶条损坏等.其中,不均匀沉降引起的管道偏移为管道失压的施工主要控制因素.通过对引起不均匀沉降的 8 个末端因素逐一分析,最终确定管道偏移的要因并提出针对性处理方案后有效地减少了管道失压情况的发生.实施效果显示,方案实施后失压率降至 0.5%,取得了良好的施工效果.
Investigation and Countermeasure Study on Pressure Loss of PCCP Pipeline in a Water Diversion Project in Yunnan Province
Through investigation and countermeasure research on the pressure loss situation of PCCP pipeline in a certain water diversion project in Yunnan Province,it was found that the main reasons for the pressure loss rate of PCCP pipeline include pipeline deviation,excessive clearance between socket and socket,non-standard installation of rubber strips,and damage to rubber strips.Among them,pipeline displacement caused by uneven settlement is the main control factor for pipeline pressure loss during construction.By analyzing the 8 end factors that cause uneven settlement one by one,the main causes of pipeline displacement were finally determined and targeted treatment plans were proposed,effectively reducing the occurrence of pipeline pressure loss.The implementation effect shows that the pressure loss rate decreased to 0.5%after the implementation of the plan,achieving good construction results.
