Safety Evaluation and Analysis of Reinforcement Plan for the Soil Dam of Xinshan Reservoir
Xinshan Reservoir has serious problems such as insufficient flood resistance capacity of the dam,poor quality of soil filling for the dam body,and widespread dispersed infiltration and leakage,which seriously affect the safe and stable operation of flood control and irrigation water supply in the reservoir.To ensure the safe and benign operation of the reservoir,this paper designs and optimizes a risk mitigation and reinforcement plan that combines dam crest elevation and thickening,dam body filling and grouting,and dam foundation shoulder rock curtain grouting based on the current situation of reservoir hazards and safety evaluation conclusions.The results show that the dam reinforcement design scheme is reasonable,and its flood resistance ability has been effectively improved after rectification.The anti-sliding stability of the dam slope and the seepage stability of the dam body meet the requirements of the specifications,and the problem of danger has been effectively solved.The analysis results can provide reference for the anti-seepage and reinforcement of similar dangerous reservoirs.
