Optimization of Water Treatment Process and Analysis of Water Quality in Large Urban Water Purification Plant
Based on the monthly average inflow data of the large urban water purification plant in 2020 as the research basis, the system analyzed the inlet and outlet water quality of the water purification plant and studied the process optimization plan. The results showed that all inflow water quality indicators(BOD5,CODcr,SS,TN,NH3-N,TP)were positively skewed, and there was a certain linear relationship between various water quality indicators.Among them,BOD5 had the best correlation with CODcr,and CODcr had the best correlation with TP(R2=0.878,0.901).The removal rate of BOD5 index is 96%,and the biological phosphorus and nitrogen removal process is used in addition to advanced treatment.CODcr index requires a removal rate of 92.7%,which also requires further advanced treatment based on the biological phosphorus and nitrogen removal process. As a key project for processing,SS has a removal rate of 98.2%,which can be removed through coagulation and sedimentation,as well as advanced filtration processes. The removal rate of NH3-N is 95.7%,mainly achieved through sufficient nitrification process.TN removal rate is 79%,mainly achieved through denitrification process on the basis of sufficient nitrification.TP removal rate is 95%,and after biological phosphorus and nitrogen removal, chemical flocculant polyaluminum chloride PAC needs to be added for chemical deep treatment.
