Application of Cantilever Lifting Large Steel Formwork in Hanjiang Gaobei Water Conservancy Hub Dam Project
This paper introduces the application of cantilever lifting formwork in the large formwork concrete pouring construction of Hanjiang Gaobei Water Conservancy Hub.It verifies the stress of the flipping formwork,including load calculation and tension rod calculation,to ensure the stability and safety of the formwork.It introduces the specific application process of the cantilever flipping formwork system in dam construction,including formwork installation,concrete pouring,and formwork removal.By using cantilever lifting templates,an efficient,safe,and cost-effective construction method has been achieved,improving construction efficiency and quality.
