城市河道排涝防灾提升治理实践

以清远市大燕湖防灾减灾工程(一期)为研究背景,结合针对涝区渠系不完善、排涝能力不足的现状,提出新开挖渠道和对现有渠道清疏的工程措施,构建以新开河、中心水道、青榄海为"纵",黄金水道为"横"的"三纵一横"渠系.护坡结构采用生态缓坡型式、抛石护脚及混凝土预制块护坡型式;治理兼顾碧道和海绵城市建设,在渠道两岸设置亲水步道和生态景观设施,并在局部河段设置智能分流井实现雨污分流.
Practice of Improving and Managing Urban River Drainage and Disaster Prevention
Taking the Dayan Lake Disaster Prevention and Reduction Project(Phase I)in Qingyuan City as the research background,combined with the current situation of incomplete canal system and insufficient drainage capacity in flood prone areas,this article proposes engineering measures for excavating new channels and clearing existing channels,constructing a"three vertical and one horizontal"canal system with Xinkai River,Central Waterway,and Qinglanhai as the"vertical"and Huangjin Waterway as the"horizontal".The slope protection structure adopts ecological gentle slope type,stone throwing foot protection and concrete prefabricated block slope protection type.Governance takes into account both the construction of greenways and sponge cities.By setting up waterfront trails and ecological landscape facilities on both sides of the channel,and installing intelligent diversion wells in local river sections to achieve rainwater and sewage diversion.
