Implementation Effectiveness of"One River,One Strategy"in Changma Reservoir and the Countermeasures for the Next Cycle of Work
On the basis of summarizing the completion of the previous round of plan implementation for Changma Reservoir,this article discusses the significant achievements and experiences in water resource management,shoreline improvement,ecological protection and restoration,flood control engineering construction,and long-term management and protection.Based on the on-site and actual situation,the problems existing in the current implementation of the river chief system in Changma Reservoir are sorted out and summarized,and the focus and measures for the next stage of work are proposed,providing work ideas and method references for the next step of river chief system work.
