针对水利工程中采用敞开式TBM进行隧洞开挖的围岩变形问题,提出了一种基于三维数值分析的围岩变形安全评价方法.该方法综合考虑了掌子面前方、TBM护盾区间和出护盾后 3 个阶段的围岩变形情况,通过引入围岩变形安全度(F_disp)进行定量评估.文章通过具体案例,展示了该方法在水利工程中的应用,以及不同支护方案对围岩变形安全性的影响.
Safety Evaluation of Rock Deformation During TBM Excavation in Hydraulic Engineering Based on Three-dimensional Numerical Analysis
A safety evaluation method for surrounding rock deformation based on three-dimensional numerical analysis is proposed for tunnel excavation using open TBM in hydraulic engineering.This method comprehensively considers the deformation of the surrounding rock in three stages:the front of the tunnel face,the TBM shield interval,and after the shield is released,and quantitatively evaluates it by introducing the rock deformation safety degree(F_disp).This paper demonstrates the application of this method in hydraulic engineering through specific cases,as well as the impact of different support schemes on the safety of surrounding rock deformation.
